We have generations of experience in perfecting the art of cooking your choice of meat to perfection and baking the fluffiest of scones, making us the master of these traditional British specialities. We believe in supporting our local farmers and reducing our carbon foot print and therefore our produce and meats are always from West Country farms, whenever possible.

Our traditional high teas have all the elements you’d expect from this quintessentially British treat, including: cucumber sandwiches, home-baked scones and lashings of West Country clotted cream (remember cream before jam; the proper way – the Devon way!).
If you’ve ever been to a party or business meeting at a Brend Hotel, you will know of our tasty Fork Buffet; a succulent selection of ‘picking food’ favourites, such as: Mini Devon pasties, vegetable tartlets, sausage and bacon roll, as well as a selection of salads and antipasti grazing platters.
