Our talented chefs create imaginative, exciting menus using the freshest local ingredients from the heart of the West Country, some of which are grown in our very own kitchen gardens.

Our carefully prepared menus, using locally sourced produce where possible, have been tried, tested and given the lofty seal of approval from Brend’s 4-star hotel restaurants.
